About Anjuman-i-Islam

The Anjuman-i-Islam was founded on 21st February, 1874 by Justice Badruddin Tayyabji, first Indian Judge of Bombay High Court and the Third President of the Indian National Congress.

The Anjuman-i-Islam is represented by leading personalities (particularly Muslim Community of the Country specially Maharashtra).

The Anjuman-i-Islam is a symbol of Secularism & National Integration.

The Anjuman-i-Islam was visited by Shri Rajiv Gandhi & Smt. Sonia Gandhi in the year.

Approx. 1 lakh students are there in the institutes run by the Anjuman-i-Islam.

At present, the prime focus of Anjuman is towards quality education, transparency, growth to become world class Educational Social Service organization. Anjuman has, thus established an Integrated Technical Campus in Navi Mumbai having faculties in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Architecture and Computer Applications (Information Technology). Besides, Anjuman-I-Islam provides several services and facilities to the society through various programmes and also manages 15 trusts.
