Mission

  • To enable the students with requisite civil engineering skills so as to become employable youth.
  • To provide the students community with co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for their holistic development.
  • To enable the students with life-long learning skills and to pursue higher education.
  • To enhance the skills set of teaching and supporting staff by deputing them to higher education / providing exposure to latest field practices by sending them to training programmes organised by ISTE, MSBTE, AICTE, NITTTR and Industries.
  • To provide technically strong and ethically sound work-force who will contribute for the welfare of humanity at large.

Employment Opportunities

The Civil Engineering Profession deals with a wide variety of engineering tasks including,

  • Designing, Supervising and Construction
  • Activities of Public works like, roads, bridges, tunnels, buildings, airports and dams.
  • Construction of water works, sewage systems, ports, etc.
  • Offers a multitude of challenging career opportunities.
  • Start their own venture like Construction Firm and Consultancy.

The Diploma qualification provides a good basic knowledge for students who wish to continue further studies or employment where skills, knowledge and understanding of planning, designing, construction and manufacturing are useful.

As a matter of fact, today’s technology driven industries are forcibly looking at diploma students to fill up a lot of vacancies in their organisations when higher engineering skills may not be required.
